ACPC Document Verification Overview

Document verification is a crucial step in the ACPC Counselling 2026 process. To establish merit ranks and confirm eligibility, the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) requires candidates to upload specific academic, identity, and category-related documents during the online registration phase. The entire document verification process is primarily conducted online (e-verification). Candidates only need to produce original documents physically when they report to their allotted college at the end of the counselling process.

Document Upload Highlights

Mandatory Documents (For All Candidates)

Every candidate participating in the ACPC counselling must upload clear scanned copies of the following standard documents:

• Passport Size Photograph: Recent color photograph against a light background.
• Candidate's Signature: Scanned signature in black or blue ink on white paper.
• 10th Standard (SSC) Marksheet.
• 12th Standard (HSC) Marksheet.
• Entrance Exam Score Card (GUJCET / JEE Main / NATA / CMAT / NEET) as applicable for the respective course.
• School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (as proof of birth date and place).
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License).

Category-Specific Documents (If Applicable)

Candidates claiming admission under reserved categories must provide valid certificates issued by the competent authorities of the Gujarat State Government:

• Caste Certificate: Required for candidates applying under SC (Scheduled Caste) or ST (Scheduled Tribe) categories.
• SEBC Caste Certificate: Required for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes.
• Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate: Mandatory for SEBC candidates to prove they do not belong to the creamy layer (must be valid for the current financial year).
• EWS Certificate: Economically Weaker Section certificate issued by the designated state authority for unreserved category candidates claiming EWS quota.

Special Quota Documents (If Applicable)

• Income Certificate: Mandatory for candidates applying under the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS). It must be issued by a Mamlatdar or TDO.
• Physical Disability Certificate: Issued and signed by a Civil Surgeon or competent medical authority for candidates claiming PwD reservation.
• Ex-Serviceman Certificate: For dependents of defense personnel, issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat State.
