Eligibility Criteria for ACPC Counselling

For BE/ B.Tech Courses

  • Applicants must have completed 12th grade with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam (40% for ST/SC/SEBC/EWS of Gujarat).
  • Final exam appearing candidates are also eligible.

For B.Pharm/D.Pharm Courses

  • Applicants must have passed 12th grade (Science stream) with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with Mathematics or Biology.
  • Minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam (40% for ST/SC/SEBC/EWS of Gujarat).
  • Valid GUJCET or NEET score is required.

For B.Arch Courses

  • Applicants must have completed or appeared in 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics.
  • Minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam (40% for reserved categories).
  • Valid NATA score required for admission.

For B.Plan & B.ID Courses

  • B.Plan: 12th grade with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
  • B.ID: 12th grade in any stream or a 10+3 Diploma with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

For MBA/MCA Courses

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying graduation exam (45% for ST/SC/SEBC/EWS of Gujarat).
  • For MCA: Must have passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Statistics at the 10+2 level or at Graduation level.
  • Valid CMAT score is mandatory for ACPC MBA/MCA admissions.

How to Apply for ACPC Counselling

Candidates willing to apply for ACPC Counselling 2026 must follow the steps below to complete the online registration process:

  • Step 1: Registration: Visit the official ACPC admission portal to register and generate login credentials using a valid email ID and mobile number.
  • Step 2: Application Form: Log in to complete your profile. Fill in personal, academic, and competitive exam (GUJCET/JEE/NATA/CMAT) details accurately.
  • Step 3: Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, 10th & 12th marksheets, and any applicable category/income certificates in the prescribed format.
  • Step 4: Registration Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable registration fee (Rs. 350/-) online via Net Banking, Credit Card, UPI, or Debit Card.
  • Step 5: Merit List Declaration: Once documents are verified, ACPC will publish provisional and final merit lists. Check your merit rank on the portal.
  • Step 6: Choice Filling & Locking: During the active counselling rounds, select your preferred colleges and courses. Lock your choices before the deadline (unlocked choices are automatically locked by the system).

Documents Required in ACPC Counselling

Candidates must produce the following original documents along with self-attested copies at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:

  • 10th Standard (SSC) Marksheet.
  • 12th Standard (HSC) Marksheet.
  • GUJCET / JEE Main / NATA / CMAT Score Card (as applicable for the chosen course).
  • School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (as proof of birth date and place).
  • Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) issued by the authority of Gujarat State.
  • Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate (specifically for SEBC category candidates).
  • EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
  • Income Certificate issued by the competent authority (if applying for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme - TFWS).
  • Certificate of Physical Disability (if applying under PwD quota).
  • Aadhaar Card or any other valid Government Photo ID proof.
  • Recent passport-size photographs.
